PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The name brings together two classic flying jackets. The B-3 was the heavy sheepskin jacket issued to American bomber crews, and the RAF flying jacket kept British aircrews warm in unheated cockpits. Both are remembered for the same things: a big fleece collar, strapped closures and serious warmth. This jacket takes that look and builds it for everyday winter wear.
The collar is the heart of the design. Turned down, it spreads across the shoulders in the classic shepherd shape. Turned up and fastened with its strap, it closes around your neck and chin, which helps provide additional coverage around the neck in cold conditions. The buckled waist belt works the same way. Pull it in to trap warmth and give the jacket a sharper shape, or leave it loose for a more relaxed look.
Warmth comes from the thick faux shearling that lines the body, the collar, the cuffs and the hem. It is a lighter and easier-to-care-for alternative to real sheepskin fleece, while provides added insulation compared with an unlined leather jacket. The zippered cuffs let you open the sleeves to pull them over gloves, then close them snug so no cold air gets in. The outside is real lambskin, valued for its supple feel and smooth grain, so the jacket is less stiff than the heavy hides used on the originals.
This is a jacket for real cold, not for mild fall afternoons. On a dry winter day, a t-shirt or thin sweater underneath is usually all you need.
The fit is roomy through the chest, as aviator jackets have always been, and the lining adds some bulk. Wear it with dark jeans, a crew-neck sweater and leather boots. The brown leather and cream collar are strong enough to carry the outfit on their own.

Size Guide
Decormi Jacket
Size Guide
Every Decormi jacket is cut to body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure yourself with a soft tape, match the numbers below, and use the measuring notes further down if you are unsure where the tape should sit.

How to measure
Shoulders
Measure straight across your upper back, from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other. Stand tall with your shoulders relaxed — hunching adds up to an inch.
Chest / Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and level all the way round. Keep it snug, not tight, and breathe normally with your arms at your sides.
Sleeve
Start at the tip of your shoulder and run the tape down the outside of your arm to the wrist bone. Keep the elbow slightly bent so the sleeve does not ride up when you move.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, roughly halfway between your lowest rib and your hip bone. Let the tape rest on the body without pulling it in.
Still between two sizes?
Leather softens and moulds to you with wear, so a jacket that feels close-fitting in the first week settles in. Pick the smaller size for a sharp, fitted look; go one size up if you plan to wear a hoodie or a jumper underneath. Send us your chest, shoulder and sleeve measurements and we will confirm the size before your order ships.
