Welcome to Decormi Jacket. This page sets out the rules for using decormijacket.com and for buying from us. Nothing here is written to trap you, it simply puts in writing what both sides can expect.
When you browse the site or place an order, you accept these terms. If something here does not sit right with you, please do not use the store.
Who Can Order
You need to be 18 or older to buy from us. If you are younger than that, an order can only be placed by a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for it.
You also agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempts to break into it, no uploading of harmful files, no scraping our content and no copying our images or descriptions onto another store.
Our Content Belongs To Us
Every photograph, product description, logo, banner and page layout on this site is owned by Decormi Jacket or licensed to us. You are welcome to look, share a link, or save a picture for your own reference.
You are not allowed to reuse our images or copy our text for a competing website, a marketplace listing or an advertisement without written permission from us. We do check, and we do send takedown notices.
Product Details, Sizing and Color
We photograph our jackets ourselves and describe them as honestly as we can. Even so, every screen renders color a little differently, so the shade you see on your phone may not be an exact match for the leather in your hands. Small differences in grain, texture and finish are part of real leather and are not treated as a fault.
Sizes follow the chart published on each product page. Measure yourself before ordering and go by the chart rather than the size you usually wear in high street brands.
We can correct a description, an image or a price at any time without notice, including after it has been published.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and include the cost of shipping. They do not include customs duties or import taxes charged by your own country, which stay your responsibility.
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We accept the cards and methods shown on the checkout page. An order only moves forward once the payment clears.
If a jacket is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we will contact you before charging you and you can choose to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Orders and Acceptance
The confirmation email you receive after checkout tells you that we got your order. It is not yet our acceptance of it. The contract begins when we email you to say the order has been dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item has sold out, if the payment fails or is flagged, if we cannot verify the shipping address, or if we suspect the order was not placed in good faith. Where money has already been taken, it is refunded in full.
Custom and Made-To-Measure Orders
Custom pieces are cut to the measurements you send us, so they cannot be resold to anyone else. Once production starts, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, and it cannot be returned for a size change later. The only exceptions are a genuine fault or a mistake made on our side.
Please send your measurements carefully and ask us first if you are unsure. We are happy to check them with you before cutting.

Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Anything ordered through your account is treated as ordered by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it. We can suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.
Links To Other Sites
Some pages link out to social media, payment providers or blogs that we do not run. We have no control over what is on them and no responsibility for it. Once you leave our site, their terms apply, not ours.
Limits on Our Liability
We stand behind the jackets we sell. If something is wrong with your order, our responsibility is to repair, replace or refund it, and our liability will not go beyond the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, missed occasions or delays caused by couriers, customs offices, strikes, extreme weather or anything else outside our control.
Nothing here removes rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
Changes to These Terms
We update this page as the business changes, and the date at the top shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Worth reading again before your next order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us will be handled by the courts there.
